Trading since 2008, KLR Construction Cost Consultancy was founded by 44yr old Quantity Surveyor / Estimator Kevin Ridsdale BSc (Hons) who has a total of 28 years experience working in the construction industry, starting as an apprentice carpenter at the age of 16, by the age of 27 progressing to working as a Quantity Surveyor on multi-million pound projects including 2 years with prestigious Main Contractor Sir Robert McAlpine .
KLR Construction Cost Consultancy has worked on a wide range of projects in the SW region, including the award winning 'House on the Island' (featured in the Daily Mail) in Newquay with high quality Building Contractor Davey Construction Ltd. Also the prestigious holiday barn at Trebudannon, Cornwall which was featured on George Clarkes "Amazing Spaces" TV show, as well as a multitude of new-build residential projects, extensions, refurbishments, works to listed buildings, from inception to final account settlement with various different Building Contractors. Geographically from Chew Magna in Somerset to Penzance in Cornwall.
